CRUSADER FLEX OVEN GLOVE

Crusader flex gloves are ideal for handling hot glass, casting and wooden plates .removing sterilised products from autoclaves, demoulding thermoplastics, rubber tyres, belts and profiles, vulcanising, calendaring, etc. Also perfect for use in bakeries as they are nitrile coated to protect against snags, punctures and abrasions.


Crusader Flex Gloves are non-woven insulated gloves that provide full-length heat barrier. Designed for intermittent handling of objects up to 200ºC/ 400 ºF. The back of the hand and wrist of the gloves are securely protected from the heat hazard. Both sides of the gloves (coat and linen) are very flexible.

Crusader Flex Gloves are bonded nitrile coating to protect against snags, punctures, abrasions and offer excellent grip properties on wet or oily surfaces.

The Gloves offers exceptional durability: decisively outperforms 24oz cotton, hot mill gloves, terry cloth, have sweat-absorbing non-woven felt inner and are asbestos free. The oven gloves are made of two-pieces eliminates seams for user comfort, better flexibility and dexterity.
Crusader Flex Gloves are long-lasting that can be re-used many times and washed over again and again.


BS EN 407 - Hot Thermal Hazards - come in many forms. Heat can be radiated and conducted or actual flames. It is important to know the type of hazard and the temperature involved in order to recommend suitable protection. 


BS EN 388 - Mechanical Hazards - are associated with the handling of rough or sharp objects which could abrade, cut or pierce the skin, such as glass, thin metal sheet and masonry blocks.

A mechanical hazard is not associated with moving machinery, in fact, it can be extremely dangerous to wear gloves which could catch in moving parts or serrated blades. Gloves should not be used when working with serrated blades. Always USE GUARDS.
